Whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team, Salesmate lets you pick from nice set of templates and add personal details like your name and job title to your social media links and even call-to-action buttons. You can customize the signature with colours, fonts, and styles so your emails always feel on-brand.

How to use Salesmate’s email signature generator

  1. Enter your personal and business details in the General tab, including name, phone, email, job title, department, company, website, and address.

  2. Add your social media URLs (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) in the Social tab.

  3. Customize call-to-action buttons by entering text, URLs, colors, styles, and optional images in the CTA tab.

  4. Select your preferred template and adjust text color, feature color, link color, font family, and size in the Design tab.

  5. Add disclaimers and set their font size in the Add-On tab.

  6. Generate your signature and copy it to use in your email client.
