Users can upload avatars or logos, add social media icons, banners, disclaimers, and even integrate CTAs or video conference links. A free version is available, with a Pro plan offering expanded features and unlimited exports.
Visit the MySigMail website and click the Create Signature button.
In the Basic Details tab, paste a public image URL for your photo (e.g., from Google Drive or Dropbox), and enter your full name, job title, company, website, email, and phone.
Add your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram profile links in the Social tab.
In the Option tab, customize colors (main, secondary, background), fonts, photo visibility, size, shape, and job title separator.
Use the Addon tab to install elements like a banner, CTA, video conference link, disclaimer, mobile app badge, or company logo.
Select a template and preview your changes in real-time.
Download and share your completed signature.
